Who bears responsibility for addressing and challenging racism and white supremacy?
'Designed for Disaster' is an interdisciplinary performance in which six young white people shed light on how they are complicit in and accountable for upholding racism and white supremacy.
This performance is a dynamic mix of intensive and minimalistic movements, prerecorded and fragmented conversations, and music that creates both friction and a sense of calmness. It offers an open exploration of white privilege, accountability, unconscious racial biases, and solidarity.
